On November 1, 2021, eviCore will post clinician physical therapy utilization management tier review results for the six-month period beginning Jan. 1, 2022 in your practitioner performance summary (PPS) dashboard. To adopt a more environmentally friendly notification process, eviCore will no longer mail tiering letters. As a reminder, eviCore provides 60-day notice of tier changes on the first business day of May and November.

To find out your assigned tier:

  • Connect to evicore.com.
  • Select any therapist on your user account.
  • Select the health plan.
  • Click View PPS to log in to your PPS dashboard.

If you believe there are circumstances adversely affecting your utilization data, you may request a tier reconsideration review within 15 calendar days of eviCore’s notification. The tier reconsideration option is available online to all providers in the comprehensive utilization management tier.
