CLASSIFIED CALENDAR ADVERTISEMENTS
30 Day education posting on the APTA Hawaii Calendar . . . . . . $25
– Order multiple months of advertising in sets of 30 days.
– Education ads are placed on the calendar on the date that the course will be held. If the course is being held on multiple days, the ad will only show up on to 3 consecutive days of the calendar. If you would like your ad to show up on the calendar on more days than that, you must order an additional advertisement.
– Set the date that you would like the ad to appear on the website. Ad will then run for 30 days (or however many days you order).
– No minimum/maximum on word count.
– Include a hyperlink directly to your website.
– Include a downloadable PDF of your course brochure or information.
– The APTA Hawaii web calendar is visible on the homepage and in the sidebar of all secondary pages.
– All education listings are also listed under the Careers and Education tab.

One 100 word classified ad in one monthly e-newsletter issue. . . . . . . . . . . $75
– e-Newsletter is mailed on or around the 1st of each month (except July – No newsletter is mailed in July)
– Ad is placed toward bottom of e-newsletter near footer
– Limited to 2 ads per e-newsletter
– Link directly to your website and/or email with hyperlink
– Classified ads contain words only. No graphics allowed.
CLASSIFIED AD FORMATTING REQUIREMENTS
APTA Hawaii staff will format your ad to match the following requirements:
– The ad must be 100 words or less and one paragraph.
– Ad will be in the same font as the rest of the newsletter.
– Hyperlink will be blue but the rest of the ad words will be black.
– No bullets or numbered lists.
– You may use bold or italicize formatting wherever you would like.

– Ad should be submitted eps, jpg or pdf format
NEWSLETTER ADVERTISING DEADLINE
25th of month prior. Example: If you wish to advertise in the March newsletter, we must receive your completed order form, payment and advertisement on or before February 25.
Advertisements received after the closing date and before the newsletter is released may be accepted at the discretion of chapter staff based on space and time availability. If a closing date exception is granted, a rush charge may be applied to the cost of the ad.
