Continuing education will be required for all physical therapists in Hawai’i

All PTs will be required to have 30 continuing education units (CEUs) per 2-year renewal period, beginning with the renewal in December 2016. Failure to acquire 30 continuing education units will result in forfeiture of license. You may begin earning Board-approved CEUs beginning January 2015.

    This is a long overdue accomplishment and no easy task. Thank you to each of you that made this happen, I know a lot of work went into it. Keep up the great work. The early results are very impressive.
